Floyd Rose® 1000 Series Bridge
Pro-Mod So-Cal Floyd Rose models enjoy improved sustain and intonation from the recessed Floyd Rose® 1000 Series double-locking tremolo bridge system.
Seymour Duncan® Pickups
Our So-Cal HH models feature Seymour Duncan® Distortion™ TB-6/SH-6N humbucking pickups, while the So-Cal HSH models feature a Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 in the bridge, Custom Flat Strat® SSL-6 single-coil in the middle and Distortion SH-6N in the neck.
No-Load Tone Control
The tone control employs a "no-load" design that bypasses the entire tone circuit when at 10, giving a stronger and defined signal to your amplifier.
Push/Pull Volume Control
On HH models, the volume control conceals a push/pull coil split to have even more tonal variations. (Left-handed HH models feature a tone control with push/pull activation.)
3 or 5-Way Blade
The 3-Way blade switch on the HH models works with the push-pull volume pot to enable coil splitting, allowing for an additional range of single-coil tones. HSH Models come with a 5-way blade pickup switch for equally extensive tonal variations.
12"-16" Compound Radius Fingerboard
Perfect for faster tempos, a 12"-16" compound radius fingerboard lets you glide unencumbered at mach speeds along the fretboard for hours of comfortable, more articulate noting.
Unique Charvel Back Neck Shape
Charvel neck shapes are slimmer and narrower than traditional guitar necks with comfortable rolled fingerboard edges, optimized for high performance.
Bolt-On Neck with Graphite Reinforcement
The bolt-on neck has a pair of graphite-reinforcement rods to resist bending and warping under environmental stresses.
The upper bout of the body is rounded and contoured, forming to the players torso for ultimate comfortablity and ease of playing.
